    Our company is seeking a motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team in the construction industry.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our organization, providing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a variety of projects, including earthwork, highways, roads, and wastewater systems.

    This position requires a professional with a deep understanding of project management, contract management, procurement, and project bidding.

    Prepare detailed cost estimates for various construction projects, including earthwork, highways, roads, and wastewater systems.
    Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
    Review and evaluate project plans and specifications to identify potential cost factors.
    Manage and coordinate the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of materials and resources.
    Participate in project bidding processes, preparing detailed proposals and bid documents.
    Monitor project progress, comparing actual costs with estimates and adjusting project budgets as necessary.
    Provide regular updates and reports to management on project costs and progress.
    Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
    Proven experience with project management, contract management, procurement, and project bidding.
    Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
    Proficiency in estimating software and other industry-related technology.
    Knowledge of wastewater systems, highways, and roads construction will be a significant advantage.
    Professional certification in cost estimation or project management will be considered a plus.
