We are responsible for managing the assigned supplier portfolio for the garden hardware and plants product categories. This includes conducting annual meetings and participating in the negotiation of framework agreements. We also create price comparisons, carry out purchasing campaigns and bundle quantities.

In addition, we are in charge of requesting and evaluating price quotes, as well as sending out circulars for special purchases and price changes.

As a reliable point of contact for suppliers and shareholders, we strive to maintain strong relationships and ensure efficient communication.
