Warehouse and Inventory Associate to join our vibrant team in the
Linden, New Jersey area.

Position Summary:


The
Warehouse & Inventory Associate, you play a pivotal role in upholding the accuracy of our company's inventory during daily transactions.

Your responsibilities include securely storing and organizing equipment according to established protocols, as well as supporting the Operations team to ensure smooth product movement to various site locations.

You'll actively engage with all facets of inventory movement, collaborating with vendor partners on returns, damage claims, and status updates as necessary.


Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
  • 2+ years' experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory control
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office, and inventory control software
  • Forklift operation certification required
  • Knowledge of materialhandling equipment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a dynamic environment
  • Physical capability to lift and move heavy objects, work in varying temperatures, and adhere to safety standards

Responsibilities:


  • Receive and document incoming inventory, reporting any damages to vendors
  • Stage and organize inventory for efficient accessibility
  • Prepare inventory for release to job sites according to schedules
  • Maintain accurate and secure inventory storage
  • Manage consignment materials at designated levels
  • Process returns and coordinate shipments as needed
  • Participate in inventory counts and maintain status updates
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and attend required training sessions
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
