Role Summary:


The Brand Strategist will be responsible for elevating CPC's brand positioning and ensuring the organization's central messaging is integrated across all platforms, marketing initiatives and touchpoints. This person will serve as CPC's brand steward, strengthening brand awareness and implementing a consistent brand voice that is clear among all employees, partners and stakeholders.

What You'll do:


  • Keeping brand guidelines up to date, ensure voice is clear and consistent
  • Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing collateral and any materials that are shared with employees, stakeholders and the general public
  • Weighing in on appropriate marketing metrics, ensuring alignment with the rest of the organization
  • Reviewing and updating messaging documents to guide all marketing collateral and information across channels
  • Copywriting and editing collateral across channels to ensure consistency
  • Meeting and developing relationships with various stakeholders and department heads across the organization to determine needs and gain insights
  • Partnering with project manager and facilitating interdepartmental briefing process; helping to centralize, prioritize and facilitate marketing team requests across the organization
  • Staying on top of competitors/industry trends to understand how to strategically position the company
  • Presenting strategies and campaigns to executive team and other stakeholders.

This is a full-time, hybrid role where you will work from the Manhattan office two - three days a week.

The salary range is $80,000 - $95,000, dependent on experience.
