- Field Visits – Collaborate with key partners to identify, review, and address incidents
- Compliance – Investigate incidents, analyze safety metrics, ensure proper employee onboarding, and participate in audits
- Culture – Ensure that safety meetings are engaging and impactful
- EHS Incident Metrics – Validate and close out incident investigations, enter metrics on trend tracker, and ensure report consistency
- Communication – Share best practices, report incidents to leaders, and collaborate with third parties as required
- Recognition – Acknowledge and celebrate improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Safety/Environment or a related field with equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role
- Strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities with peers and experts
- Willingness to travel up to 60%
