- General administrative responsibilities including: booking hotels and travel, scheduling, weekly team lunches/special event lunches, send/sign/file documents, organize attendees for industry expos and events, host clients and industry partners, office ordering and supply organization, onboarding tasks, etc.
- Hubspot - CRM: Developed company use of Hubspot. Creation of contact properties to track needed information, pulling data sets/analytics reports, form/webpage/marketing email creation, develop workflows to automate Hubspot practices and implement systems that support the sales, marketing, and communication efforts of our greater team. Collaboration with the marketing team to implement strategies that will continue to improve both our client experience and internal efficiency.
- Technical troubleshooting - On call for all team members to provide needed technical support (products including all Microsoft products, Hubspot, Calendly, PandaDoc, DialPad, Canva, Stripe, etc.)
- Marketing responsibilities: write and design internal and external newsletters, create LinkedIn graphics, business cards, promotional material, event invitations, conceptualize and create holiday cards, etc.
- Develop, promote, and run internal talent and culture initiatives, including activities/events, health and wellness challenges, and community service/give back opportunities.
- Event management: organized agendas, activities, catering, venues, invitations, etc. for multi-day business meetings and community engagement events both locally and nationally.
- Coordinate/manage all building maintenance/upkeep/renovation projects. Building emergencies (on call for these emergencies 24/7). Source materials for projects and work with the design team to make decisions for the space. Manage relationships with building tenants and contractors and assist tenants with any facility needs.
Manage security, including third party alarm companies and systems. Develop security practices and source additional security equipment. Function as the on call responder, available 24/7 for security emergencies.
