During my sophomore year, I was accepted into the Disney College Program, where I gained hands-on experience in guest services, hospitality, and team operations at a world-renowned organization. After returning home, I transitioned into retail management and guest service specialist roles, where I further developed my communication, leadership, and customer experience skills in fast-paced environments.
