Homer, MN - Come join our team at Roxane GmbH, a group of mineral springs in Germany that belongs to Sources Alma SA, a privately owned French corporation that bottles mineral water and soft drinks. With over 45 locations, we are one of the largest bottlers in Europe and are currently seeking assistance in our Jessen location.

To support our team, we are looking for a full-time and permanent

Assistant to the Plant Manager

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting the plant manager in overseeing the production, technical, and internal logistics departments
  • Coordinating and organizing all office tasks and appointments
  • Technical data entry
  • Planning and organizing employee trainings
  • Covering for the truck dispatch department during vacation periods

Your profile:

  • Minimum of a completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Previous experience in an assistant role is advantageous
  • Proficient in using integrated computer systems and MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and organized work ethic
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work in a team and find solutions
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
