We are recruiting highly reliable, dependable, and engaging individuals for our after school program in Houston-
After School Teacher Key Roles:_
- Design and Implement engaging curriculum tailored to the developmental needs of children.
- Foster a secure, caring and stimulating atmosphere for children.
- Actively participate in activities and interact with children to ensure their wellbeing.
- Maintain open communication and positive relationship with parents and school staff.
- Serve as a role model to the children in the group through appearance and actions.
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing training and education sessions.
Requirements:_

Must be 18+ years old and possess a high school diploma or higher:
Must be able to pass criminal background check and fingerprinting:- First Aid / CPR certification or willingness to become certified
- Be available to work
2:30pm to 6:00pm Monday through Thursday and early dismissal day on Friday - Child care related education background is preferred
- Technology literacy and ability to learn new programs
- Ability to lift and move supplies to the after school sites
- Ability to motivate and engage children and manage behavioral challenges
