We are currently seeking a Chief Physician / Senior Chief Physician (m/f/d) for Psychiatry/Psychosomatics | Rehabilitation for our client, a rehabilitation clinic for psychosomatics and psychiatry with a capacity of approximately [insert number] beds in the Gütersloh area.

Your responsibilities will include working in a multidisciplinary treatment team, participating in on-call duty, and contributing to the management team.

You will also have regular office hours and rounds.

The ideal candidate will be a specialist in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy or psychiatry and psychotherapy, with a strong sense of responsibility, dedication, and flexibility.

You should also possess excellent collegiality, sensitivity, and leadership skills, as well as a confident demeanor and a strong understanding of patient needs.
