Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
Design, implement, and monitor ABA programs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including parents, teachers, and other professionals
Provide supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians
Collect and analyze data to track progress and make datadriven decisions
Stay current with research and best practices in ABA

Qualifications:

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Master's degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
State licensure, if applicable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
