• Oversees the work of the data & analytics team, ensuring its accuracy.
• Takes the lead on developing processes for effective data analysis and reporting.
• Manages a team responsible for development of data, analytics and reporting environment that supports the objectives of the BU's strategic goals as well as meeting operational needs.
• Partners with BU leaders, such as the Vice President of eCommerce, Vice President Customer Engagement, Vice President of Merchandising and Marketplace and their teams to understand their business needs to develop actionable data on customer behavior, segments and product in the various sales channels.
• Presents insight and recommendations to management for decision making and strategic planning.
• Controls and develops internal/external information sources for business analysis.
• Boost a data driven culture by empowering high level users as well as power users with systems and tools to get the answers they are looking for.
• Provide an environment for close to realtime data analysis and reporting.
• Build out Predictive and Machine Learning capabilities
• Delivery of identified projects to meet timeline.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related technical discipline or equivalent combination of education/technical certifications, training, or work experience.
• Experience managing a team of 3+.
• Minimum five (5) years of SQL database design/development experience.
• Experience with NoSQL databases.
• Experience with realtime reporting.
• Min 5 years of experience with business intelligence practices and software required.
