We are in search of a Reservations Manager who truly loves delivering top-notch service, excels in communication, pays close attention to details, and is a fantastic leader:

  • Directly report to the Director of Guest Relations, aiding in the smooth and efficient departmental operations.
  • Supervise daily activities, ensuring swift responses to all guest requirements.
  • Assist in managing schedules, payroll, and various departmental initiatives.
  • Guarantee adherence to Forbes Standards at all times and provide thorough training on daily responsibilities.
  • Proficiently handle room reservations, including understanding accommodation options, rates, and special services. Additionally, accurately categorize and review all reservations based on market segments.
  • Display a positive demeanor and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Willingness to step away from the desk to engage with other hotel departments, guest rooms, and guests' needs on-site.
  • Flexible availability for scheduling needs.
  • Deliver impeccable, sophisticated, and professional guest service.
  • Address guests' requests and anticipate their unexpressed needs.
  • Listen actively and resolve guest issues effectively.
  • Supervise and manage all guest arrivals efficiently.
  • Offer well-being checks to guests during their stay.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between guests and staff, ensuring complete service resolution.
  • Promote available amenities, services, and programs.
  • Coordinate personalized food and beverage amenities based on guest preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with all hotel operational departments.
Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years of prior guest service industry experience, preferably within a high-end establishment.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Opera software is a plus.
- Highly motivated individual with exceptional communication abilities.
- A proactive and creative issue resolver.
- Passion for guest service excellence and satisfaction.
- Exceptional organizational skills to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
