Mechatronics Technician Apprenticeship at FederalMogul Nuernberg GmbH in Toledo:

During the first and second year of your apprenticeship, you can expect to:

  • Learn the basics of machining and electronics in our modern training workshop
  • Work with our stateoftheart CNC machines (turning and milling)
  • Create components and drawings using our CAD systems
  • Prepare for the first part of the final exam (theory and practice)
  • Create and work with electropneumatic circuits
  • Participate in various projects

During the third and fourth year:

  • Rotate through different departments of our company, such as maintenance, engine testing, and our highly advanced production facilities
  • Prepare for the second part of the final exam (theory and practice)
  • Attend a welding course in our training workshop
  • Operate our KUKA robots and much more
