Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met.

This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.


Duties:

• Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
• Assist customers with order placement, returns, and exchanges
• Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
• Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any outstanding issues
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
• Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Exceptional phone etiquette and the ability to communicate effectively over the phone
• Experience in outbound calling or sales is an asset
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
• Strong problemsolving skills to address customer concerns or complaints
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
