What you'll be doing:

  • After your successful training, you will be the first point of contact for our customers.
  • You take responsibility and quickly and concisely handle phone and written inquiries.
  • You impress with your friendly and competent advice on all matters related to BusinessBike.
  • In personal dialogue, you build trust in our brand and fulfill our service promise. Our customers and partners know they can rely on you.

What we're looking for:

  • You are a communication talent and enjoy customer service.
  • You convince with the right arguments - and your friendly and confident demeanor.
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or have acquired commercial knowledge in another way.
  • You ideally have some previous experience in customer service.
