Job Summary:


Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines such as mills and lathes
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand product specifications
• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products
• Adjust machine settings to control factors such as speed, feed, and coolant flow
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and adherence to quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed

Requirements:

• Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including knowledge of Fanuc controls
• Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in machining processes
• Knowledge of packaging requirements for finished products
• Forklift operation experience is a plus
• Understanding of logic controllers is advantageous
