JOB DESCRIPTION
As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and supporting our continued success


Your tasks will include:

  • Customer support: Handling inquiries, orders, and complaints from customers via phone or email
  • Quote and order processing: Creating and processing quotes and orders
  • Coordination with other departments: Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Sales support: Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks and providing support for sales activities
  • Market research: Conducting market research to identify potential new customers and opportunities for growth
  • Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Reporting: Preparing reports on sales activities and customer feedback for management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time
