Responsibilities:


  • Offer prompt and patient troubleshooting support to address technical issues, and challenges faced by residents, such as connectivity problems, software glitches, or user interface confusion.
  • Develop and curate instructional materials, tutorials, and userfriendly guides tailored to the needs and preferences of senior learners, aiming to simplify complex technological concepts and procedures.
  • Advocate for accessible technology solutions and accommodations that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of residents, ensuring equal opportunity and participation for all residents.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in digital education and senior care, continuously enhancing your own expertise to better serve the evolving needs of our residents.
