Job Summary:
Duties:
- Perform fullcycle bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles
- Maintain the general ledger by recording journal entries and reconciling accounts
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities to support financial planning
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits
- Provide support for tax preparation and filing
- Monitor cash flow and manage cash disbursements
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts
- Proficient in using accounting software (Xero experience preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Prior experience in public accounting is a plus
