Support in the organizational process of our scientific conference at Campus Griebnitzsee => various tasks according to individual agreement:


Work days:

Working hours:
time frame to be covered per day
8:00 am to 7:00 pm;
according to individual agreement

Payment: 12.50€ per hour

Number of employees: 3 people


Job tasks:

  • Welcoming conference guests
  • Support at registration counter
  • Setup/breakdown of exhibition prior to conference
  • Reception and guidance of speakers
  • Various small tasks: changing signs,
accepting registrations, etc.

  • Possibly guiding conference guests for the
conference's accompanying program


Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of German
  • Responsible and careful work ethic
  • Customeroriented and friendly
  • Flexible with time
  • Reliable in terms of meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of Potsdam area preferred
On-site catering will be provided by us.
