    Description
    As a Jewelry Consultant, your role will be pivotal in guiding customers through their jewelry purchasing journey. Your main responsibility will be to deliver memorable and personalized experiences to each customer.

    Your specific responsibilities include the following:

    Customer Guidance:
    You will assist customers in making purchases through both in-person and virtual appointments. Your focus will be on providing personalized and unforgettable experiences that are tailored to each customer's needs.

    Sales Lead Management:

    You will be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming sales leads to achieve individual and team goals and revenue targets.


    Online Customer Support:
    You will proactively respond to online customer inquiries, offering sales assistance via live chats and phone calls. Your focus will be on providing a luxury customer experience that reflects the quality of our products.

    Continuous Improvement:

    You will review customer feedback surveys and online reviews, collaborating with your leaders to enhance the customer experience and improve sales performance.


    Sales Strategy:

    You will employ sales strategies and innovative problem-solving techniques to guide customers through various purchasing decisions, including ring settings and diamond selections.


    Product Knowledge:
    You will develop and showcase extensive product knowledge, particularly concerning our diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry.

    ERP Utilization:
    You will efficiently use our ERP system to manage tasks and facilitate cross-functional communication.

    Brand Advocacy:

    You will serve as a brand advocate, sharing our mission of creating a more sustainable, transparent, and compassionate jewelry industry.


    Requirements:

    • Minimum of one year of experience in luxury retail sales.
    • Availability to work on weekends.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for this position."
