Responsibilities of Strategy Consulting Senior Analysts

As part of Flagship, you will have the chance to work in a small-company setting on stimulating projects for reputable clients in the dynamic payments and fintech sectors. You will collaborate on market research, financial analyses, client presentations, and more under the guidance of experienced leaders to drive strategic decision-making.

Research market trends, providers, products, and other facets of the payments and fintech industry
Conduct interviews with industry experts
Perform financial analyses and develop business cases
Create client presentations and articles
Attend client meetings and presentations

Our projects cover various areas such as market insights, growth strategy, value acceleration, and M&A advisory for a mix of established industry leaders and high-growth startups. Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or related fields
Strong consulting skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team
Desire to grow professionally
Degree in business, economics, engineering, or STEM disciplines
Willingness to work primarily in-person at our Washington, DC area offices
Occasional travel may be required
Industry knowledge in payments and fintech is a plus
