- Collaborate with clients to understand their existing SCCM infrastructure and requirements for the migration to Intune
- Design and implement migration plans and strategies based on client needs
- Configure, deploy, and manage Intune environment for clients
- Develop and maintain automated processes using AWS and Terraform to streamline the migration process
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the migration process
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients throughout the migration process
- Document all migration processes and maintain accurate records
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in SCCM, Intune, AWS, and Terraform to continuously improve our migration processes
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SCCM and Intune migration
- Experience with AWS and Terraform is a must
- Strong knowledge of SCCM and Intune infrastructure, policies, and configurations
- Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing automated processes using AWS and Terraform
- Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with clients and team members
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Certifications in SCCM, Intune, AWS, and Terraform are preferred
