- Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses for individuals within families.
- Offer brief therapeutic interventions and assist in linking family members with long-term services.
- Provide family psychoeducation on mental health and behavior management strategies.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills for clinical documentation.
- Contribute to case presentations and participate in staff clinical trainings.
- Support managed care initiatives, program development, and system design.
- Attend supervision sessions and collaborate with Behavioral Health providers and other service resources.
