To strengthen our team in the Ambulatory Child and Youth Services in De Witt, NY, we are looking for Pedagogical Specialists (m/f/d) with knowledge of Bulgarian language.

Our non-profit, intercultural organization LebensWelt is active in both ambulatory and residential child and youth services and is located in the heart of Berlin.

Your tasks:

The ambulatory services according to the SGB VIII (Child and Youth Services) or SGB IX (Integration Support) are aimed at strengthening the personality of children and adolescents, reducing disadvantages, and improving the parenting skills of parents and their relief in critical situations:

In family support, you support families in coping with problems, learning different conflict resolution strategies, and strengthening or expanding their parenting skills.

In integration support, you accompany children and adolescents with mental, intellectual, and physical impairments, taking into account their current and individual life circumstances.

In supported individual living (BEW), you provide outreach ambulatory support for people with intellectual, physical, and/or multiple impairments, and for people with mental impairments who live in their own homes.
