Truss Assembler to join our team.

Job summary:
The
Truss Assembler is responsible for the manufacturing of wood trusses and wall panels. The Truss Assembler reports to the Truss Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

Putting safety first for all work activities.
Working as a team to achieve daily production goals.
Quickly adapting to assembly variations and other challenges.
Assembling components using shop drawings while following quality standards.
Operation of hand tools to complete fabrication, assembly, and packaging processes.
Operation of specialized machinery (Saws, Gantries, Cranes, Splicers).
Maintaining a clean and organized workstation

Qualifications and Experience:

Willingness to work indoor/outdoor as needed.
No minimum work experience is required. Onthejob training is provided.
Position requires bending, pushing/pulling, and lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.

Physical Requirements:

Position will require bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling.
Lifting/carrying over 50 lbs.
Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
