- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum three years of related experience and/or training.
- Proficiency with Siemens PLCs (specifically S7, TIA Portal).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and ergonomic principles.
- Experience with automated packaging systems.
- Proven ability to deliver engineering solutions and manage equipment installations through to commissioning.
- Project budget and schedule management skills.
- Experience self-directing on projects and tasks.
- Capability to lead a team effectively.
- Develop and simulate control systems for various projects.
- Oversee the installation of new equipment and upgrades through the commissioning phase ensuring on-time completion.
- Manage project budgets and schedules while providing routine progress reports.
- Self-direct on complex projects while also managing a team towards successful outcomes.
