Role:


You will be tasked with implementing advanced SharePoint features such as lists, libraries, forms, and workflows, aimed at optimizing HR employee engagement processes and ensuring operational efficiency.

This position requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and a keen ability to ensure data security, maintain detailed documentation, and adhere to all relevant data regulations, particularly those pertinent to HR.


Duties:

HR-Focused Development:Develop, configure, and maintain SharePoint sites and subsites, particularly those used by the HR department.

Customization for HR Needs:Implement and customize SharePoint lists, libraries, forms, and workflows to specifically cater to HR processes such as employee engagement, human capital, and work life benefit initiative.

Data Security and Compliance:Ensure that all HR data within SharePoint is secure, complying with legal and regulatory requirements, and properly documented.

Cross-Department Collaboration:Collaborate closely with IT and HR teams to enhance the usability and functionality of SharePoint solutions that support HR activities.

Troubleshooting and Optimization:Troubleshoot and optimize SharePoint setups to meet specific HR needs, enhancing system performance and user satisfaction.


Qualifications:

Experience:Minimum of 5 years' experience in SharePoint development and administration, with a strong portfolio demonstrating past work on HR-related projects.

Technical Expertise:Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture and functionality. Proficiency in SQL Server,.NET, PowerShell, and other relevant technologies.

Problem-Solving Skills:Excellent problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail, especially in troubleshooting and resolving HR system issues.

Communication and Collaboration:Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with both technical teams and HR personnel.

Education:A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
-
Background:Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and retain a public trust clearance.
