    Description


    Our client in the East Valley is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support their HR and Recruiting functions.

    This is a full-time, direct-hire position reporting directly to senior leadership.

    Primary Responsibilities:


    • Manage recruitment process in collaboration with hiring managers to ensure talent acquisition.
    • Source talent creatively through various channels to support recruitment objectives and develop talent acquisition strategies aligned with our mission.
    • Handle employee relations by investigating, resolving, and communicating regarding employee questions, issues, and concerns.
    • Ensure compliance in all HR areas.
    • Facilitate new hire orientation and associated paperwork.
    • Administer benefits and support annual open enrollment.
    • Process various HR-related forms and transitions.
    • Execute employee development and succession plans while supporting leadership development to drive organizational results through people.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.
    Job Qualifications:


    • Minimum of 7 years of HR Generalist experience, with a preference for candidates who have experience in a manufacturing environment.
    • Bachelor's Degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
    • Technical expertise in HR with preference given to candidates holding HR certification.
    • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
    • Working knowledge of worker's compensation and OSHA regulations.
    • Demonstrated ability to handle employee issues professionally while maintaining confidentiality.
    • Strong oral and written communication skills.
    • Proven track record of building trust and rapport with teams.
