About the National Brain Injury Institute
The National Brain Injury Institute is a specialty medical practice dedicated to the diagnosis, management, and treatment of traumatic brain injury.
Duties
- Patient intake and discharge
- Prepare visit reports for each patient
- Maintain demographic, PMH, current medication list and pharmacy information for each patient;
- Schedule ancillary testing and referral appointments
- Document status of all visits and any recommendations made on Referral Tracker
- Assist with completion of prior authorization requests and disability paperwork
- Contact patients at least 12 days prior to their appointments to send them the informed consent forms and telehealth link
- Will be trained to administer questionnaires and brief speech and neurocognitive tests as applicable
Requirements:

Bilingual, fluent Spanish/English is
required for this position
- Must be techsavvy and have knowledge of working in cloudbased software like G-Suite
- Must be a team player and efficient
- Must complete required preemployment assessments

From $18.00 per hour
