RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Communicating with patients, caregivers, physicians, and other health care providers verbally and in writing
  • Reviewing medical records to ensure requirements of health insurance guidelines are met
  • Insurance & eligibility verification
  • Data entry & creating sales orders for medical equipment

Kadence Healthcare is a California DME/HME provider of home oxygen, CPAP, ventilators and hospital beds, and provides products and services from San Diego to Sacramento.

The Patient Care Coordinator position requires outstanding organizational and communication skills. In a typical day the coordinator will coordinate approx. 20 orders.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Brightree software experience preferred
  • Good communication skills
  • Basic typing and computer skills
  • Utilizing problem solving and reasoning skills
  • Remote Training

COMPENSATION:


  • Full time position 8:30 am 5:30 pm, Monday
  • Friday / with available rotating Saturday shifts.

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

  • 5x 8 hour shift
