Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR functions such as employee onboarding, maintaining personnel records, and coordinating training sessions.
- Support recruiting by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate project-related activities, including scheduling meetings, tracking deadlines, and communicating with stakeholders.
- Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate incoming requests and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Conduct research, compile data, and assist with special projects as assigned.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Run company errands such as banking, postal services, and purchasing supplies.
- Willingness to travel or commute for assignments as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Knowledge of HR principles and recruiting processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for running company errands.
