What to expect:

As a Group Leader Deployment, you will be responsible for the network rollout in new construction and renovation projects in mobile communications, while adhering to deadlines and budget requirements and considering economic, technical, and legal framework conditions until handover to network operations.
You will manage the budget allocated to the group for investments and maintenance and initiate budget optimization measures if necessary.
You will work with external service providers and vendors as part of the network expansion for Vodafone Germany and conduct negotiations with them.
You will be responsible for actively reviewing processes for improvement potential and providing feedback to central stakeholders for "best practice" approaches and the introduction of new costeffective technologies and projects.
You will present regionspecific reports on mobile network expansion and actively develop them further.
You will lead a team of approximately 20 employees.
You will ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations, as well as the requirements of ISO9001 certification, within your own team.
