ELECTRA M&E Deutschland GmbH, a subsidiary of the globally operating ELECTRA M&E group based in Israel, has been present in the German market since 2020.

We are currently seeking a motivated individual for the position of *Project Manager (m/f/d)* *Technical Building Equipment in the field of ventilation technology* for our location in Neuried, in the south of Munich.

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for independently managing technical projects in all trades
  • You will review subcontractor invoices and pass them on for billing
  • You will lead the project team both technically and disciplinarily
  • You will be in charge of the timely and budget-conscious execution of orders
  • You will be responsible for site and installation supervision
  • Finally, you will be responsible for handing over the systems to our clients

Your profile:

  • Degree in engineering (m/f/d) in building services or technician (m/f/d) in building services or professional experience in the field of technical building equipment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • First experience in leading employees (m/f/d)
  • Strong communication skills and confident negotiation abilities
  • Goal-oriented and enthusiastic, looking forward to new challenges
