For our branch in Ebersberg, we are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable caretaker / all-rounder (m/f/d) to join our team full-time.

Since 1996, we have been providing our customers with professional caretaker and building cleaning services. In addition, we also offer skilled trades and assembly services under one roof at Ge-Service.


Our philosophy is to maintain a high standard of quality, cleanliness, and sustainability for our property management companies, municipalities, and businesses.


Responsibilities:

  • Performing all typical caretaker tasks at various locations in Ebersberg, Grafing, and surrounding communities
  • Ensuring order and proper condition of the facilities under our care
  • Inspecting and maintaining technical equipment and devices
  • Conducting minor repairs and maintenance work
  • Managing winter services
  • Monitoring and controlling the performance of contracted companies
  • Enforcing house rules and serving as a point of contact for tenants
  • Documenting all tasks mentioned above

Qualifications:

  • Completed vocational training in a trade or technical field
  • Good technical understanding and manual dexterity
  • Reliability and a strong customer service orientation, even during busy periods
  • Confident, friendly, and approachable demeanor
  • Flexibility and team spirit
  • Willingness to work flexible hours
  • Quick comprehension, meticulous work ethic, and good selforganization
  • Proficient in German
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
