Description

As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and systems to identify any issues or malfunctions
• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to keep machinery and equipment in optimal condition
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
• Fabricate and install parts as needed
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants
• Supervise and coordinate contractors when necessary

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and logic controllers
• Solid mechanical knowledge and experience in troubleshooting and repairing equipment
• Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
• Previous experience supervising maintenance staff is preferred
• Must have the ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
