- Processing of AP vouchers
- Reconcile voucher info to purchase orders.
- Ensures expense coding & voucher preparation.
- Issuance of payments to vendors
- Understands and coordinates data entry within our accounting system.
- Processes cash receipts
- Performs bank reconciliations.
- Maintains accounting files and prepares various financial forms.
- Has good organizational skills and is detail oriented.
- Assisting with monthly close process
- Examine and interpret accounting records.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in various accounting positions (preferably in construction industry)
- Understanding of accounting principles and accounting function
- Highly efficient
- Good communication skills

- Must be able to multi-task.
- Must be computer literate, including working knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with accounting software preferred. (Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience with Computer Ease accounting software)
