    If you want to grow professionally and do good, we are looking for a results-driven Controller to join our Finance team. We are looking to hire an Operations Controller that can successfully lead and manage our Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable, Billing, Cash Apps teams. We are looking for an accounting and finance leader that loves to analyze data, improve processes, and mentor team members. This controller position will report directly our Vice President of Finance.

    Qualifications:
    • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching team members.
    • Positive and proactive team player.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Strong accounting experience.
    • Extensive experience with AR/AP, Billing, Cash Apps, and financial reporting.
    • Experience working with corporate finance and helping with monthly/quarterly financial close.
    • Accounting degree preferred.
    • Someone that LOVES data... data analysis, data flow and process efficiency.
    • Solid understanding of GAAP accounting principles.
    • Excellent skills with: MS Excel, MS Office, accounting software tools (Great Plains).
    Responsibilities:
    • Implement accounting efficiencies, improve processes and outcomes for the AR/AP, Billing and Cash Apps teams.
    • Regular financial reporting.
    • Assisting finance team with close.
    • Management of teams in Salt Lake City and support office in Mexico.
    • Leverage your accounting and finance expertise to help drive continued growth and improvement.
    • Regularly review company accounting information and resolve potential imbalances or inaccuracies.
