Job Overview:
The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with our valued clients.

This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, customer service excellence, sales acumen, and task management skills to ensure our clients receive outstanding support and service.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives.
Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
Prepare reports on account status and communicate progress to internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or relevant role.
Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and networking concepts.
Familiarity with MSP services and the ability to discuss technical issues competently with clients.
Experience in managing and troubleshooting network environments.

Desired Skills:
Strong task management and organizational skills.
Sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Customer service orientation with a knack for building rapport with clients.
