About the Position:
We are looking for a proactive Public Relations Supervisor to join our team. This role requires on-site presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive PR plans and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
- Create impactful press releases, articles, and written materials to convey clients' messages effectively.
- Manage media outreach activities, such as pitching stories and securing placements.
- Analyze media coverage, industry trends, and competitor actions to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Act as the main client communication contact for timely service delivery.
- Offer guidance and assistance to junior team members, including mentoring and reviewing their work.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align PR efforts with broader initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience in PR, particularly in healthcare or related sectors.
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends, regulations, and key players.
- Proven success in executing effective PR campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Expertise in media relations with a network in healthcare and related fields.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and talent development.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
