About the Position:
We are looking for a proactive Public Relations Supervisor to join our team. This role requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive PR plans and strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers.
Create impactful press releases, articles, and written materials to convey clients' messages effectively.
Manage media outreach activities, such as pitching stories and securing placements.
Analyze media coverage, industry trends, and competitor actions to identify opportunities and challenges.
Act as the main client communication contact for timely service delivery.
Offer guidance and assistance to junior team members, including mentoring and reviewing their work.
Collaborate with internal departments to align PR efforts with broader initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Experience in PR, particularly in healthcare or related sectors.
Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, trends, regulations, and key players.
Proven success in executing effective PR campaigns.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
Expertise in media relations with a network in healthcare and related fields.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects with attention to detail.
Leadership qualities with a focus on mentoring and talent development.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
