As a Patient Enrollment Specialist, you will be passionate in educating patients about the program, effectively using communication skills, and motivating them towards better well-being.

This will help drive positive health behavior change and improved patient care delivery.


Role

  • Enroll clinic's Chronic Care Patients on Remote Patient Monitoring program under the supervision of the Doctor or leading Health Care Practitioner. Educate them about the usage of devices such as Blood Pressure Monitors, Weighing Scales etc and assist them to take their first reading at the clinic
  • Manage the inventory at the clinic and work as team to support the clinic enrollment
  • Assist the clinic staff in preauthorization of patients when required
  • Comfortable with technology, support in upgrading the devices and resolving common technical issues with support of technical specialist
  • Use appropriate community resources to provide preventive health and disease management education

Qualification

  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent or have 1 or 2 years of posthigh school education or a degree from a twoyear college.
  • Experience as Medical Assistant for more than 23 year or worked in Home Care Services
  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) (preferred)

Job Types:

$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
