    • Project management : Implementation of efficient project management and workflow methods, prioritizing timeliness, accuracy, quality, and compliance.
    • Client Relationships: Cultivating strong, year-round connections with clients, showcasing an in-depth understanding of their businesses.
    • Client Relationship Management:
      • External: Identify new engagements for existing clients, ensuring sustained growth.
      • Internal: Foster collaboration and coordination within the team to enhance overall client service.
    • Interpret Client Numbers: Effectively interpret financial results, providing clients with valuable insights to drive informed decision-making.
    • Experience in Transactional Matters: Navigate the intricacies of business transactions, including the sale of businesses, financing, and investment into assets.
    • Not Just Tax Returns: Go beyond traditional tax work – demonstrate the ability to review a trial balance, offering a comprehensive financial perspective.
    • Comfort with Uncertainty: Thrive in the unknown, tackling challenges with resilience and adaptability, even in situations with no clear answers.

    Qualifications for Excellence

    • Experience: 5 years of public accounting, managing complex tax and consulting projects.
    • Education: Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
    • Certifications: Current CPA license, or EA
    • Business Acumen: Expand client relationships by identifying additional service needs.
    • Bonus Skills: Proficiency in QuickBooks and Thomson Reuters Software.
