Responsibilities:

• Become the voice of hope for injured individuals: Actively listen and build rapport over the phone to understand their legal needs, both in English and Spanish.
• Gather key details and build strong client relationships: Draft comprehensive intake forms with accuracy and empathy in both languages.
• Guide clients through their legal journey: Explain the following steps, connect them with resources, and provide bilingual assistance.
• Partner with the team: Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth client onboarding and legal representation.
• Master of organization: Maintain meticulous records and navigate a paperless environment.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years' experience in a BDC or similar clientfacing role (bonus points for automotive).
• Techsavvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other essential computer programs.
• Communication champion: Excellent phone skills, active listening, and the ability to build rapport in both English and Spanish.
• Writing with a purpose: Clear, concise writing skills for accurate intake documentation in both languages.
• Fast and flexible: Multitasking and quick typing in a dynamic environment.
• Organization guru: Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Lifelong learner: Eager to absorb new legal concepts and procedures, specifically in personal injury law.
