Job Summary
Tosa Pediatrics is an independently owned practice that serves children and their families in the greater Milwaukee area.

Named Top Choice in Pediatrics by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel for 6 years, the clinic aims to provide the best in pediatric care while maintaining the personal touch of a small group practice.

Our
fast-paced pediatric office is seeking an energetic individual to work as a full-time Medical Receptionist.

This role must work collaboratively with all clinic staff in support of direct patient services, exhibiting flexibility and displaying a positive demeanor.


Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5/5:30pm


Responsibilities:


  • Pleasantly greet patients and determine purpose of visit
  • Collect registration forms, verify insurance information and update any new information
  • Schedule patients based on predetermined appointment arrangements
  • Prepare patient charts prior to appointment
  • Answer incoming calls on multiline phone system, respond to inquiries and relay messages to appropriate party
  • Maintain clean and organized patient waiting area

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of reception experience
  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication
  • Ability to perform detailed work in a fastpaced environment
