    LuvBuds LLC is a Denver-based company established in 2015. We specialize in providing 420 accessories, dispensary supplies, custom printed products, and educational resources through LuvBuds University.

    Our goal is to meet the needs of our customers within the cannabis industry while ensuring excellent customer service and quality products.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist at our Denver, CO location.

    The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

    They will also support the HR team in recruiting and onboarding new employees, conducting performance evaluations, implementing HR initiatives, and maintaining employee records.

    Qualifications

    Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and principlesExperience in HR management and implementing HR policiesUnderstanding of employee benefits, compensation, and payrollAbility to effectively handle personnel management and confidential informationExcellent organizational and problem-solving skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with HR software and systemsExperience in the cannabis industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
