THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a highly motivated Finance Systems Manager to join our growing team.

In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Corporate Performance Management (CPM) system, including system setup and implementation, administration, development and maintenance, process improvement, data management, reporting and analytics, and user training.


Responsibilities:


System Administration and Implementation:


  • Lead the implementation and ongoing management of our chosen CPM solution
  • Partner with Finance, IT, Data, and other stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with business needs
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies for CPM systems.

Development & Maintenance:


  • Drive the development and implementation of reports, dashboards, and other financial tools to support business and finance reporting needs
  • Maintain and enhance existing financial systems and processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.

Process Improvement:


  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function to streamline operations and support broader business goals
  • Analyze and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance management metrics.

Data Management & Governance:


  • Collaborate across departments to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and adherence to data governance policies
  • Develop and implement data quality control procedures.

Reporting and Analytics:


  • Spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive reporting and analytics strategy within the FP&A team
  • Generate insightful reports and analysis to support informed decisionmaking.

Training, Support and Guidance:


  • Foster a culture of selfservice by empowering users to leverage financial data effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Proven experience in system administration, configuration, and implementation of financial management software
  • Solid understanding of data management principles and best practices
  • Experience with financial reporting, data analysis, and KPI development
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
