Your responsibilities
- First and second level support for PC hardware and software
- Conducting installations and maintenance work on PCs, mobile devices, and printers
- Responsible for data backup, inventory, and thorough documentation
- Assisting with infrastructure projects
- Supporting and providing technical assistance for our media technology
- Degree in computer science or equivalent IT knowledge (career changers welcome)
- Relevant work experience in the IT field, preferably in the abovementioned technical environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (users, printers)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 products
- Experience with printers, media control, and PC and laptop technologies
- Knowledge of IP telecommunications devices and mobile devices (iOS & Android)
- Team player with a goaloriented and structured approach to work
- Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English (A1 level)
