Your responsibilities

  • First and second level support for PC hardware and software
  • Conducting installations and maintenance work on PCs, mobile devices, and printers
  • Responsible for data backup, inventory, and thorough documentation
  • Assisting with infrastructure projects
  • Supporting and providing technical assistance for our media technology
Your profile

  • Degree in computer science or equivalent IT knowledge (career changers welcome)
  • Relevant work experience in the IT field, preferably in the abovementioned technical environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows clients
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (users, printers)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Experience with printers, media control, and PC and laptop technologies
  • Knowledge of IP telecommunications devices and mobile devices (iOS & Android)
  • Team player with a goaloriented and structured approach to work
  • Fluent in German and basic knowledge of English (A1 level)
