:Talent Manager (Storck North America)
SUMMARY:
The North America Talent Manager is responsible for designing, planning, and implementing talent management, recruitment, training, and development programs, policies, and procedures aligned with Company Values and HR-Talent Strategy along with Federal, State/Provincial, and Local law in support of the USA and Canada Business Units.
This individual must have the ability to handle assignments that are of a confidential and complex nature with considerable discretion, judgment, and tact.
Supervisory Responsibilities:This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition (Recruitment and Staffing):
- Manage, maintain, and oversee all Recruitment and Staffing activities and processes supporting USA and Canada.
- Perform and enhance daily fullcycle recruitment activities for all positions. Oversee and execute internal processes aligned with local and Corporate Hiring and Interviewing practices and procedures.
- Ensure recruitment and hiring activities are in compliance with Federal, State/Provincial, and Local laws and reporting requirements. This includes administration of AA-EEO programs and initiatives with internal and external partners.
- Perform and enhance recruitment activities including training Hiring Managers and Company leaders on interviewing, recruitment, and hiring best practices aligned with local and Corporate Hiring Interviewing practices and procedures.
- As needed and aligned with HR Director, manage visa immigration process in partnership with legal counsel.
- As needed and aligned with HR Director, directly manage and partner with external Contract Recruiters or 3rd Party Recruitment Agencies.
Talent Management:
- Manage, maintain, and oversee Talent Management related initiatives, projects, and programs for USA and Canada.
- In partnership with HR Director, plan and execute annual, midyear, and additional Performance Management Cycles and processes aligned with local HR-Talent Strategy and Corporate practices and standards.
- Manage overall utilization, adoption, and training of Predictive Index tool in recruitment, talent management, and training and development opportunities on an individual, 1
1, and team basis.
- In partnership with HR Operations and Total Rewards Manager, align on compensation, bonus, and benefit plans and strategies for all roles, levels; ensure transparency requirements and best practices are achieved aligned with local, State, and/or Federal Law. This also includes the maintenance of existing and development of new job descriptions as needed.
- In partnership with HR Director and aligned with HR-Talent Strategy, assess and implement processes for promotion, succession planning, and career development aligned with local and Corporate practices.
- In partnership with HR Director, create, implement, and update Career and Development Path Toolkit and Processes for all roles and Departments; including future implementation of Individual Development Plans.
- Provide HR/Talent guidance and support for Company Internship and Trainee programs, content, and materials.
- As needed, participate in Corporate Talent projects; provide local business unit and Country perspective and best practices for Global consideration and adoption. Execute Talent training and initiatives as needed.
- Partner with HR Director to create, implement, and execute Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
- Partner with HR Director to budget and support Training and Development and Tuition Reimbursement benefit program.
- Manage and administer HR Talent Systems; Blue Ocean Brain, Culture Amp, and Storck Learning World.
Training and Development:
- Create, plan, manage, and execute local training initiatives for USA and Canada for Business Unit, Company, and Departmentlevel training needs.
- Plan and execute compliance training for USA and Canada (Hiring, Workplace Harassment, Policies, etc.)
- Partner with Corporate HR and Corporate Personnel Development Department to create, plan, and execute local or Global training (virtual, inperson).

Requirements:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong working knowledge of Office365 including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent problemsolving ability with demonstrated experience managing situations through facts and data in order to recommend and/or make business decisions with various stakeholders involved; sound judgement and decision making
- Strong analytical aptitude with a proven ability to analyze, interpret, and take appropriate action based on data and insights
