About us:
We are responsible for the commercial processing of customer orders and supplier contracts.

This includes direct communication with assigned customers/key accounts, close coordination with our production facility and suppliers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Our tasks also involve generating order-related reports from our computer system, maintaining customer and supplier databases, creating and reviewing invoices, and managing and optimizing delivery schedules.

We are also responsible for organizing agreed upon delivery quantities with customers and suppliers, as well as optimizing inventory levels and conducting necessary transactions for consignment and external storage.
